Branding your voice, being easily heard, and building your network. Clinton and I ventured off to Bonnyville, Alberta to facilitate a Mobile Strategy Workshop sponsored by Alberta’s Lakeland, Bonnyville and District Chamber of Commerce and the Northern Alberta Development Council.
The focus of the workshop was:
  • Branding your voice – defining the image you need
  • Being easily heard – determining what mobile platforms to use
  • Building your network – managing, monitoring and measuring the results

Finding Your Brand's Authentic Voice. I just participated in a webinar hosted by Sustainable Travel International titled ‘Finding your voice: Creating Strong Bonds with Customers via Social Media’. The Power of Word of Mouth. Jessica and I lived with a local family for a week in a small Garifuna beach village called Nueva Armenia in Northern Honduras. On our visit we had the privilege of meeting Chi Chi, a respected business owner and legendary host in the community. Her welcoming persona and love for her community made her the go to person for organizing tourism experiences in the community and surrounding area. Click here for the full story.

It’s a beautiful photograph, and you can tell from the woman’s face that she is full of character and has many stories she could share, but one picture doesn’t tell it all.
